It seems that that deal could kick off City’s transfer window, starting with Harry Winks. Here is the latest on a possible transfer.£10m fee ‘agreed’
It’s being widely reported that City have agreed a fee of up to £10m for the midfielder, with negotiations between city and Tottenham separate to those that saw James Maddison move to Spurs. The fee is likely to see City pay less than £10m initially, with add-ons possibly taking it up to that price.
