‘No chance’: Man City will now definitely not sell £14m player to Bayern, Guardiola adores him

It has been reported that Manchester City have no intention to sanction a transfer involving Julian Alvarez to Bayern Munich.

This revelation has been made by Munich-based outlet Tz, as it was claimed on Wednesday that the £14 million (Manchester Evening News) man was ‘not considered unsellable.’

However, it seems like Julian Alvarez and Manchester City are not set to part ways, leaving Bayern Munich’s dreams of a transfer dead and buried.

Manchester City set not to sanction Julian Alvarez to Bayern transfer
The World Cup winner has been a revelation since joining Pep Guardiola’s side, scoring an impressive 17 goals across all competitions, and that too in limited starts.

So much so that there seems to be a belief that Alvarez would likely start for a majority of sides in the Premier League.

With Bayern clearly eyeing a transfer for Julian Alvarez, it is believed that there is ‘no chance’ that an exit from Manchester City materialises for him.In addition, the club as well as Pep Guardiola rate the youngster highly, which makes the chances of a move to Bavaria next to impossible for him.

Julian Alvarez is the future of the Sky Blues
The likes of John Stones, Nathan Ake, Jack Grealish, Aymeric Laporte and Bernardo Silva are now in their late 20s, while Kyle Walker, Kevin De Bruyne and Ilkay Gundogan are in their 30s.

As a result, it would be as big a transfer shock as imaginable if Manchester City let a gem like him sign for Bayern.

The likes of the Argentine, Erling Haaland (22), Phil Foden (22) and Rico Lewis (18) are likely to be the club’s future core.

For any of these players to be sold by the club voluntarily would be a bizarre call, considering each and every one of them is operating at a high level.

Considering City tend to work on a long-term basis as well, Alvarez’s sale never seemed like it was on the cards.
