According to The Telegraph, Ryan Sessegnon is among the players new Tottenham Hotspur head coach Ange Postecoglou is “looking to offload” in the summer transfer window.
Should Tottenham Hotspur sell Ryan Sessegnon?
In our opinion, Tottenham Hotspur should not rush into selling Ryan Sessegnon in the summer transfer window.
Yes, the English youngster has not had the best of times at Spurs since joining from Fulham in 2019, but he is only 23.
Sessegnon has time on his hands and could still get better Then Tottenham head coach Mauricio Pochettino, now the manager of Chelsea, described the 23-year-old as “a great talent” in The London Evening Standard in September 2019.
Moreover, Sessegnon is a versatile player who can operate as a left-back, left winger or midfielder.
We believe that new Spurs head coach Postecoglou should at least work with Sessegnon in pre-season and see how he does.
After all, it has not been easy for the youngster with injury problems and the managerial changes at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Sessegnon is a very good player who did well when he was at Fulham, and we believe that he could get back to that level
